Who should attend? (all seminars open to the public)
Anyone who wants information about how to purchase their own home, including:
~ Individuals & couples who are thinking about buying their first home
~ Former homeowners who are now renting but want to purchase again
~ Anyone who wants to learn about State programs to encourage home ownership
What will I learn?
Participants will learn the steps to home ownership, including:
~ How to develop a budget & address credit issues
~ How to qualify & apply for State loan programs
~ How to qualify & apply for downpayment assistance programs
~ How to find the right home, lender & real estate agent for you
~ How to purchase, maintain & keep a home
When & Where are the seminars offered?
Alice & David offer seminars at various times & places in West Seattle throughout the year. The next seminars will be offered:
~ Sat., Jan. 17th, 10:30A-4:30P at the Delridge Branch of Seattle Public Library. Lunch will be provided.
~ Sat., Feb. 21st, 10:30A-4:30P at the Southwest Branch of Seattle Public Library. Lunch will be provided.

~ Pre-registration is required. Registration accepted up to 24 hours before seminar. Classes with fewer than 10 registered participants will be cancelled and/or rescheduled.
